Bridgette Downen Franco

Bridgette Downen Franco, 41, of Carlgo St., Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away April 14, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM. Visitation will be 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday, April 21, 2016, 10:00 AM, at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Dan Boyd officiating. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Bridgette Jean Downen Franco was born June 14, 1974 in Urbana, IL while her father was stationed there in the U.S. Air Force. She loved people and always chose work opportunities in order to be surrounded by them. She had a passion for animals and never turned down the opportunity to nurture them. Most importantly, Bridgette adored spending time with her grandchildren and watching them learn and grow. She is preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Feist. Survivors are her daughters: Jessica Doubrava and Jazmin Spencer both of Carlsbad, NM, grandchildren: Avayla and Avaren Trujillo, parents: Vickie and Jeff Feist and Zach Sr. and Cheri Downen, boyfriend: Kevin Morgan, brothers: Zach Downen and wife, Jamie, Josh Feist, Cole Downen and wife, Janeen, sister: Veronica Rhoads and husband, Chad, and numerous other family members.
