Bobby J. Foster

Bobby J. Foster, 71, of Moore Drive, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at his home. Cremation has taken place and there will be no public service. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Bobby J. Foster was born on March 30, 1941, in Colorado City, Texas to Robert and Estelle (Dunlap) Foster. He proudly served in the US Army over 20 years. Bobby was an avid outdoorsman and loved the mountains around Silver City. He was preceded in death by his father and wife, Mary Foster. Survivors are his daughters: Heidi Mahar and husband, Darrell of Boring, OR, Kelly O'Brien and husband, Mike of Clarksville, TN; son, Bryan Foster of Carlsbad, NM; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; mother, Estelle Foster; and sister, Reba Lovrien and husband, Clark.
