Betty Lou Bench Forni

Betty L. Forni went to her eternal rest on November 26, 2009. She was the widow of Thomas L. Forni who preceded her in death. She was a magnificently beautiful person both inside and out. She was a loving giving devoted mother, wife and friend to many. She fought a courageous battle against a relentless debilitating illness with unwavering courage until her final breath. Her devoted son, Thomas E. and his wife, Pam were her primary caregivers, the entire family surrounded her with love prayer and concern till the end. She is survived by two sons: Tom E. and wife, Pam of Carlsbad, NM and Michael J. and wife, Donna of Dallas, TX; 10 Grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Graveside services will be private at her request. In lieu of flowers and cards donations can be made to Jonas House, 512 W. Stevens Street, Carlsbad, NM 88220, one of her favorite charities.
