Bud would say he had to walk to school and it was about a mile awayand that was that. There were no uphill treks both ways, in the snow, without shoes because he was an easy going and well-mannered man. While a potash refinery operator he became a masonry contractor before founding Rosprim Masonry, he retired after thirty years in the business. Bud enjoyed being in the mountains of Southeast New Mexico, hunting, fishing, playing cards, cookingincluding his famous Chili, Fudge and Texas Trash but his favorite pastime was being with his family, especially his wife, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
