Obituary Autumn Brianne Cannady, 18, of N. Eddy Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away September 27, 2020 in Oklahoma. Visitation will be 5PM 8PM, Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 AM, Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Oasis Christian Fellowship with Pastor John A. Burke officiating. Facial coverings are required. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM. Autumn was born October 26, 2001 in Carlsbad, NM to Jason and Michele (Elliott) Cannady. She attended Carlsbad Schools until moving to Oklahoma in 2019. Autumn loved her little dog Karli Ann. She was always the life of the party as she continually had her friends and family laughing. Autumn enjoyed music, dancing, bonfires and taking a ride in the car. She was a long-time member of New Song Christian Fellowship. Autumn was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Martha Cannady and maternal grandmother, Ruth Heckmann. Survivors are her parents, Jason and Michele Cannady; siblings: Kristen Cannady, Amber Cannady, Jason Cannady, Jr., and Katelyn Cannady; nephew, Douglas Morgan; boyfriend, Linear Williams and his family; maternal grandparents: Debby and Dr. Lon Babbitt, Ed and Mary Elliott and Phil and Patty Hernandez; paternal grandmother, Linda Magby; great-grandfather, Fred Heckmann and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
