Annie "Louise" Guilliams, 87, of W. Pierce Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away November 13, 2012 at Lakeview Christian Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Friday, November 16, 2012, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November 17, 2012, 10:00 AM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Cecil Van Hoose of Plains, Texas officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Annie "Louise" Guilliams was born on January 24, 1925, in Childress, Texas, to Joseph and Leola (Dillard) Fortenberry. She grew up on a farm in Cedar Hill, Texas. Louise married Russell Guilliams on August 14, 1958 here in Carlsbad, NM. Russell and Louise moved to West Plains, MO., in 1968 where they owned and operated a service station and grocery business. After retiring in 1993, they returned to Carlsbad. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and cooking, but most of all Louise loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Russell Guilliams; son, Leon Guilliams; grandson, James Lynn Wallace; brother, Eddie Joe Fortenberry; sisters: Eula Mae Wilson and Pauline Van Hoose. Survivors are her children: Jimmy Durham of Lockney, Texas, Danny Durham and wife, Lesca of Lockney, Texas, Melba Dudley and husband, Ermil of Carlsbad, NM, Don Guilliams and wife, Linda of West Plains, MO; eleven grandchildren: Bradley Durham, Laci Durham, Mikhael Durham, Timothy "Cooter" Durham, Stacey Jewell, Renee Kinsey, Aaron Guilliams, Terry Wallace, Lisa Mahaffey, Kevin Dudley, Rebecca Robinson; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister: Marie Strickland and husband, Jude of Amarillo, Texas Pallbearers will be Kevin Dudley, Cooter Durham, Terry Wallace, Mikhael Durham, Bradley Durham, Charles Dossey and Aaron Guilliams. Honorary pallbearers are Frank Davis, Ermil Dudley, Gary Mahaffey and Chris Wallace. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Youth Program, PO Box 446, Lockney, TX 79241; Lakeview Christian Home, 1905 W.
